These terms and conditions govern the use of my mobile applications and related services. Please read through the terms and conditions before using it and in case you don't agree then do not use Apps developed by HASHCAP. If you use my apps, then your use indicates that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Changes may be made in these terms and conditions at any time and without notice; users are bound by such revisions and should, therefore, visit this page periodically to review the current terms and conditions.

Copyright

Unless specified, the copyright in the contents of material on my mobile applications is owned by the owner and all rights are reserved. Users are permitted to copy some material for their personal use only. No part of the data is to be republished without the prior written permission of the copyright owner. Copyright and Content Policy

HASHCAP respects the intellectual property rights of others, and requests you to do the same. HASHCAP do not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on Apps of HASHCAP and will remove all content if properly notified that such content infringes another's intellectual property rights. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by HASHCAP(‘I’,’me’, ‘my’) through its mobile applications and related services and how it uses that information.

HASHCAP uses third-party ad networks to serve ads on the site. These companies may use information about your visits to provide advertisements of interest to you. Please visit Google ad and content network privacy policy for more details regarding the same.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Phone, Location or any other personal information required for apps. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HASHCAP BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY MISTAKES OR INACCURACIES THEREIN, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF MY MOBILE APPLICATION, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF HASHCAP's SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM MY MOBILE APPLICATIONS, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH HASHCAP'S MOBILE APPLICATIONS BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT ON OR VIA MOBILE APPLICATION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT HASHCAP IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HASHCAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HASHCAP and its owner(s) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Mobile Application

Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;

Your violation of the terms which apply to your User Submission;

Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, publicity or privacy right;

Any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms & Conditions and your use of our mobile applications.

HASHCAP may provide links and/or connections to third-party websites or services or Applications from its mobile applications. But it is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. These links are provided for the users convenience only.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

HASHCAP is not liable for any infringement of copyright arising out of materials posted on or transmitted through its mobile applications, or items advertised on the mobile application by end users or any other third parties. In the event you have any grievance in relation to any Content uploaded on the mobile applications of HASHCAP, you may contact to hashcap.com@gmail.com

HASHCAP requests you to please provide the following information in your complaint:-

(a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner for the purposes of the complaint.

(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

(c) Identification of the material on our apps that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.

(d) The address, telephone number or e-mail address of the complaining party.

(e)A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

(f) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice of copyright infringement is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

HASHCAP Don’t Collect Information of Children

HASHCAP mobile applications comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). HASHCAP don't knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or through any feedback, I will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.

Sharing of information

HASHCAP do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies.

Analytics

HASHCAP collect some anonymous usage information to help improve its mobile applications. I use third party analytics services (Firebase Analytics) that may collect data as a device type and OS, an app identifier, unique device identifiers, app session time, events and lengths.

Firebase Analytics (Google Inc.)

Firebase Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of HASHCAP's mobile applications, to prepare reports on their activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

HASHCAP may allow third parties to serve advertisements and provide analytics services in connection with its apps. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other tracing technologies to collect information about your use of our apps, including your IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software and hardware information, browser information, time zone and usage information.

How HASHCAP uses this information collected in its apps?

HASHCAP collects this Information to improve performance and reliability of its Apps and to get a better understanding of what users in general prefer.It does not link any of this Information in any way to individuals or any other information it might obtain. HASHCAP does not share, sell or in any other way give other persons or companies.

Cookies

When you visit HASHCAP's mobile applications, it may send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. It uses cookies to improve the quality of its service by storing user preferences and tracking usage information. Most browsers allow you to disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent to your computer.

Access to your Personal Information

HASHCAP will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. If you have filled out a user profile, HASHCAP will provide an obvious way for you to access and change your profile from our applications.

HASHCAP is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. HASHCAP provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it process and maintain. For example, HASHCAP limit access to this information to authorized people only who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve its Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information HASHCAP process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

HASHCAP allows users to contact if they have questions about the use of its mobile applications. If you submit a support request, HASHCAP may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request. It uses Support Information only to provide support to you.
